Out-of-Province Hip and Knee Surgery Patient Satisfaction Survey
Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey about your experience with out-of-province surgery. The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from patients who have undergone surgery outside of Manitoba, specifically regarding their experience with the process leading up to the surgery, the surgery itself, and the post-operative care within the first few weeks. Your feedback will help us better understand the strengths and weaknesses of the out-of-province surgical process and identify areas where improvements could be made.
