The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from patients who have undergone surgery outside of Manitoba, specifically regarding their post-operative assessment experience. Your responses will help us better understand the patient experience for those who choose out-of-province surgery.

Your feedback will help us better understand the strengths and weaknesses of the out-of-province surgical process and identify areas where improvements could be made.
