Today, nurses play a vital role in health care delivery across Manitoba. Their wisdom, expertise, ideas, concerns, and solutions are vital in identifying how the province can best serve nurses moving forward in the future.
Your ideas, your voice and your expertise will help form recommendations that will be sent to Hon. Cameron Friesen, Minister of Health, Seniors and Active Living. We are interested in your feedback on roles within inter-disciplinary teams, healthy organizations, and how nurses can fully contribute to the health of Manitobans.
We want to hear your experiences and will ensure a safe, confidential forum for you to share your ideas and recommended solutions. This online space has been created to allow as many nurses as possible to contribute to the discussion on a future vision for nursing in Manitoba.

This survey is a compliment to Nursing Engagement Sessions that are being offered virtually and in-person across the province. It uses the same discussion questions as the virtual and in-person sessions to remain consistent in the feedback that is collected. For more information contact kdoerksen@sharedhealthmb.ca .
