Manitoba’s public servants have long been generous supporters of charitable organizations through the All Charities program and most recently through the 2021 payroll donation campaign, supported by United Way’s ePledge.

In feedback received after the 2021 ePledge campaign, public servants expressed a desire for more giving and volunteer options. Opportunities to celebrate generosity, including recognition of giving that happens outside of the workplace and exploring ways to learn about the impact of donations in our communities, were among some of the sentiments captured.

We're interested in learning more. This survey is the second of two that will help us to better understand how Manitoba's public servants have given and served, both in their workplaces and in their communities. If you missed the previous survey on volunteering, you can still provide your feedback on this topic.

The insights gained from this survey will be used to develop future employee giving and volunteer program options and initiatives that support employee engagement.

As with all panel surveys, the answers you provide to this survey will be confidential and all questions are optional. Only answer the questions you are comfortable providing information on.

This survey should take approximately 3-5 minutes to complete. The survey will only be available for about 10 days - don’t hesitate, complete the survey today!
