Indigenous Services Branch - Wellness Mentorship Program
Following the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation on September 30th, the Indigenous Services Branch invites you to share your cultural needs to help develop a new Wellness Mentorship Program. The day honors residential school survivors and calls us to reflect on our shared history and ongoing reconciliation.
At Manitoba Justice, we’re committed to reconciliation through the Indigenous Services Branch, Ki Mino Kanawapamitinawaw Niwakomakanuk “I see you all, in a good way”. We work to ensure Indigenous perspectives are valued and promote a safe, inclusive workplace.
Our upcoming Wellness Mentorship Program will blend Indigenous knowledge and traditional practices with modern mentorship to support Indigenous employees and allies.
To shape this program, we ask all Manitoba Justice staff to complete a brief confidential survey. If you’re interested in mentoring, please provide your contact information at the end.
Together, we can advance reconciliation and foster a workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered.
