Income Support Program for Persons with Severe and Prolonged Disabilities Survey

In 2019, we heard from Manitobans that a new program for persons with severe and prolonged disabilities should include a “service navigation” component. We welcome your feedback to help guide program design and understand what service navigation means to you.
