Swimming Pools and Other Water Recreational Facilities Regulation, amendment

Amendments to the Swimming Pools and Other Water Recreational Facilities Regulation will update the requirements for operators of swimming pools. The minimum age for lifeguards, lifeguard assistants, and attendants will be lowered. Updated fencing and access requirements will help prevent unauthorized access to outdoor pools and wading pools. The amendments will also update water quality requirements for pools.
