PTH 8 from PR 220 to PR 230 - Functional Design Study

NEW! - What We Heard Report

Online Public Engagement - September 2022 Issue:

A section of Provincial Trunk Highway (PTH) 8, from PTH 101 (North Perimeter Highway) to Provincial Road (PR) 230 (McPhillips Road), has reduced structural integrity on the southbound lanes due to age, increased loading and traffic volumes. Service roads and internal connecting roads are needed to help manage safety concerns.

Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI) is proposing upgrades to resolve these challenges and is seeking input from local stakeholders and the public.

The below presentation provides an overview of the proposed project.
