Proposed amendments to Languages of Instruction and Study Regulation

The Regulation establishes English and French as the languages of instruction as per section 79 of The Public Schools Act. The Regulation needs to be amended in order for Bill 18 to come into force as Bill 18 authorizes the use of Indigenous languages as languages of instruction when authorized by a school board.
