MPI's Multi-Year Corporate Strategic Plan

The multi-year strategy aims to re-establish a strong foundation for MPI's operations.

The strategy includes five focus areas that will help track progress toward a more stable and resilient MPI, keeping us aligned and dedicated to what truly matters for the Corporation’s future.

The five focus areas of the multi-year strategy are:

  • Affordability: ensuring we manage resources responsibly and provide cost-effective products and services to deliver value for Manitobans.
  • Financial stability: strengthening our financial foundation to ensure MPI remains sustainable for the long term.
  • Organizational effectiveness: creating a positive workplace where employees are set up for success through clear processes, collaboration, and technology.
  • Customer value: delivering high-quality, reliable service that meets the needs of Manitobans today and in the future.
  • Corporate responsibility: acting with integrity and transparency, upholding our public mandate, and making a positive impact in communities we serve.

Your individual responses will remain confidential and will only be reported in aggregate form. This means your responses will be combined with those of everyone else and never individually disclosed. In some cases, we may use a comment that you provided to highlight a particular finding or point. However, none of this will be attributed back to you. Please do not provide any self-identifying information (i.e. names or locations) in your responses.
