Manitoba's Public Service Exit Survey

The corporate exit survey is an employee engagement tool that falls under the Employee Perspectives Program (EPP). By collecting perspectives of exiting employees, the survey will help inform workplace and workforce transformation in the areas of:

  • Employee engagement, retention and recognition
  • Total rewards including compensation, benefits and leave options
  • Flexibility of hours or location of work
  • Workplace culture
  • Supervisory and team support

The corporate exit survey is an employee engagement tool that falls under the Employee Perspectives Program (EPP). By collecting perspectives of exiting employees, the survey will help inform workplace and workforce transformation in the areas of:

  • Flexibility of hours or location of work
  • Workplace culture
  • Supervisory and team support
  • Taking approximately 5 minutes complete, this short survey is available to any employee voluntarily moving to another department or resigning/retiring from Manitoba’s Public Service. There are no right or wrong answers, only open and honest feedback.

    The information in this survey is collected and kept confidential by the Public Service Commission in accordance with The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and used for statistical and research purposes only. When survey results are published, your response will be combined with no less than nine responses of others so that you cannot be identified. Your anonymity will be preserved at all times and your survey responses will remain confidential.
