The Language Proficiency Testing Regulation ensures regulated professions subject to The Fair Registration Practices in Regulated Professions Act are not imposing unduly burdensome language testing requirements on applicants to their professions. Internationally educated applicants will see the greatest impact, but this regulation will also ensure domestically educated applicants are no longer unnecessarily tested.
