The Manitoba government is reviewing a proposed stewardship program plan for the responsible management of end-of-life plastics used in the agricultural industry. Under the Packaging and Printed Paper Stewardship Regulation of the Waste Reduction and Prevention Act, Cleanfarms Inc. has submitted this plan on behalf of the stewards of agricultural plastics who sell their products into Manitoba.

Manitoba Conservation and Climate is inviting members of the public and other interested parties to review the proposed Stewardship Program Plan for Designated Agricultural Plastics (pdf 1.7 MB) and share their views.

The deadline for providing comments on the plan is March 16, 2021, submit your comments online.
